A sad truth about all this

Pages of illegal activity done daily by a vast number and in plain sight to all even documented.  These actions go unchecked and unquestioned by most thinking ' Business as usual ' or ' That's just how business works '.

The case here is ignorance is not bliss, the vast populace should be angry for being cheated and misused.  Law enforcement should be arresting people in bus loads with how many or committing crimes.

But reality is nothing is getting done or it's happening way way too slowly to have an effect.  But also the biggest fault is everyone is looking solely at the effects and symptoms while ignoring the bigger picture of whats causing them, whats at the root of them, why is all this happening.

Government assistance is mostly an effect of a problem gone out of hand that almost no one is dealing with directly.  Everyone is complaining about the assistance programs over use and drain on the financial system while at the same time not looking at what is causing the widening gap of cost of living and pay rates or the rising of cost of living.  Would many of the assistance programs even be needed or people weren't being over charged for a vast many things ?  If cost of living was below the low avg pay most people would not be looking for assistance and would be able to save and spend on other things which would improve the general economy for everyone.

Taxing, ugh yuck.  Lets just drop this mess, wipe it clean and start over.  Fair Tax is a great option here.  There is so much multi-charging of the same tax that it is just bloating cost of living while at the same time reducing what people can afford to pay and increasing the amount of assistance needed resulting in the farther increase of taxing.

• Sales tax as it stands now is charged at every point in the chain from the rare materiel to the finial end product sale, this is often done 3-4 times by the time it's sold as an end product and thus increasing the end product cost by that much at each stage.  If the whole thing was redone so sales tax was only charged on the End product the total would be cheaper for everyone.
• Social Security, once when paid for working, once when receiving the SS pay (Yes an SS pay check charges SS tax).

FBI before Reagan would go in some place to investigate anyone suspect of accepting a bribe, committing racketeering or profiteering and would rarely need written insider statements but instead going by documented actions alone.  Now the waters or so muddled and the FBI's hands are so tied they can barely get anything to be accepted as a crime or offenders kept jailed.
