Toxic and hazardous policies

Policies if ended would improve the US economy all around and as well end most profiteering practices.  These policies do nothing but drive up the cost of living and encourage individual debt which leads to national debt.

Farm produce limiting: Agricultural Marketing Agreement act, Agricultural Adjustment act

Citizens United

Loan policies , hard to tell where this all went belly up with so many points of it going into the gutter at different times and points between 1900 and present with nothing being done to reverse the damage.

Negligence of Duty when involving law enforcement , indirectly effects economy but with current wording dating back to the 1800's which includes a requirement of defendant suffering damages.  In the case of law enforcement, the simple failure to act and arrest violators of crime in positions of power may not lead to damage as grounds for such in current wording but with out the need for damages would result in being able to sue for Negligence of Duty when in failure to act on an observed crime.

Pages of illegal activity done daily by a vast number and in plain sight to all even documented.  These actions go unchecked and unquestioned by most thinking ' Business as usual ' or ' That's just how business works '. Packaging bloatware

Here we have different aspects coming into each other:  Marketing, Shipping, Security, Storage, Manufacturing. Space and size directly effect shipping costs, storage costs and manufacture costs. The actual package it's self, some ideas are good and others are bad. Larger the package is the less documentation that needs to printed and shipped. Packages with air are crush able and take up extra space. Packages with extra padding are much larger but are questionable safer. Package shape effects total storage space: boxes are fixed in which are unforgiving, bags are cram able, blisters can be flipped to stack into each other and take less space. Package layering, I'm not talking the combing of different items into a single package but a single item in multiple layers of equal worth packaging.  Now an excusable event of this is an outside layer being unlabeled to prevent product theft or undue dmg. Rent seeking product driving

Rent seeking is actually illegal under profiteering laws, yet the user base at large just sees this as ' business as usual ' or ' that is just how business works ' or ' how are we to tell others how they earn their money '.  Well the truth there is laws for that. Manufacturers having all their future and feature choices tied to an epicly short 3-6mo cycle with some making it to 12mo.  This time frame isn't long enough for end users to get the new smell and feel out of something to get a full value.  For military and space industries the use life of products are in a minimum 10yr cycle and that is where all manufacturers should expect their end users be using their products to, they did in the past.  Manufacturers go so far as limiting or even removing the end users access to simply clean the dust out of a device or replace batteries.
