Illegal to clean or maintain property

Corporations in an effort to Extort more money have Bribed government to allow them to use backdoor security loop holes in software and network connected device in order to upload code to disable devices either the owner performing routine cleaning, or more greedy just after so many months they will artificially reduce performance of the device.  In both cases in an effort to force you to buy new instead of just simply cleaning and restoring. They do the same with devices not connected to a network by using anti-tamper assembly methods that require special tools to remove or strategically placed wires or light sensors that if triggered will brick the device if opened.  This prevents owners from doing a simple cleaning and instead forces them to buy new. This mess happens thanks to ' Citizens United ' allowing them to Bribe officials under the label of a Donation.

Automatic automatic subscriptions

Business's have grown more wide spread and careless this year setting up automatic renewal's on their own with no interaction with account holders.  In most case's the account holder has no prior warning of this and gets hit with bounce fees.  In other case's there might be an email sent or worse tiny/hidden print about one happening. It does not matter the cause or outcome, the act of doing this is a violation of ' Breach of Trust '.  Breach of Trust is a national law under some wording not always the same in many nations.  But business's by use of ' Loophole ' have been twisting this by stating they do not explicitly state they are worded to cover specific things.

Toxic and hazardous policies

Policies if ended would improve the US economy all around and as well end most profiteering practices.  These policies do nothing but drive up the cost of living and encourage individual debt which leads to national debt. Health Maintenance Organization act Farm produce limiting:  Agricultural Marketing Agreement act,  Agricultural Adjustment act Citizens United Loan policies , hard to tell where this all went belly up with so many points of it going into the gutter at different times and points between 1900 and present with nothing being done to reverse the damage. Negligence of Duty when involving law enforcement , indirectly effects economy but with current wording dating back to the 1800's which includes a requirement of defendant suffering damages.  In the case of law enforcement, the simple failure to act and arrest violators of crime in positions of power may not lead to damage as grounds for such in current wording but with out the need for damages ...

Scamming, the largest market of crime

Scamming is a crime bulked Profiteering and should never been seen as a means of profit. Scamming comes in so many forms that come and go as both knowledge and tech changes.  The list of scams is so massive due to being one of the oldest and widest spread form of theft by a businessman. Scams have so many different forms it can not be listed in law all in of it's self even under profiteering.  Though most scams fall under either Fraud or Ethics. Scamming is often handled quickly by law enforcement, but the problem is the scam's take between 1-5 years before the scam is found out and the scammers move on only 2-4 years after starting making locating them difficult. Corporate scamming how ever, they do get caught and they don't move on.  But they often add to their list of crime blackmail, bribing and law circumventing.  So they continue to commit crime openly in front of the public and yet no one does anything, mostly due to those in politics in charge ...

Ride and house sharing services

Most know of these and have taken over for taxis and hotels.  But there are two rather big problems with them. First is cost vs income.  Cost to end user is of course cheaper then what their competing and replacing, problem comes to the local people providing the service.  Rules to be a provider states you need a new car ( less then 3 years )  is regularly cleaned and maintenanced, how ever no extra pay is given to the provider to cover that and the pay they do get can come up short for the gas used.  Story is no different for the housing end. Until a year or little longer ago the provider had no regulations over them, how ever in some remote locations this still holds true.  In most areas for the driving a proper chauffeurs license is required, cost of this training and the license it's self is as well not covered by the service.  Beyond that there is still nothing in place to make sure the provider won't be committing a crime, unlike taxi's where...

Right vs Privilege

This is oddly a heated debait.  You have those stating that virtually everything is a privilege, and the other end wanting to claim too much is a right.  Reality is somewhere between but leaning to more things being a Right. First off should be the easiest for most to accept.  Everything required at a minimum to obtain and maintain employment should be counted as a Right as this will help maintain more people employed and paying their own way and what they have.  A street address, a phone, basic internet, this in it's self would also take care of most homelessness. Next up is basic healthcare as a Right.  You don't want to get sick because someone your around is but just can not afford it.  If you provide everyone with enough medical to at least keep spreadable disease covered you won't have to worry about getting sick by someone else...no more ' ConFlu ' as it's called. Education up til age 21 is already listed as a law as a Right, so don't need to r...

Autism and employment

This loosely attached to the overall economy, but seeing as how many people can and are effected it is at least worth noting where and how it falls in. Risk aversion is high among those with autism.  This is added on with anxiety, a detachment to emotions ( which come with lack of excitement ) and a lack of social imagination.  All this directly effects not only the increased rate of failure at an interview but also even the ability to go out and apply for a job.  This is where the story ends for bulk of those with autism, largely unemployed or underemployed. But at the same time the same risk aversion can be a benefit to an employer as an advisor or consultant. A number of those in the autism spectrum have heightened sense's, faster mental response time, instinctual ability at a given task.  Though not all at the same time or same degree but to an employer this should also be seen as a benefit. But employers instead of seeing the potential benefits just see ...

Retirement

Retirement sounds like something that should not effect economy negatively, but it does in a few ways. The age at which people retire is growing on in years resulting in jobs that in the past opened up sooner to where now they just are not.  This growing age of retirement also brings with it increased income of those retired and thus they feel less of the impact of increased cot of living.  This detachment from that reality effects their view on it usually resulting in them not wanting to reduce the cost of living down to something the economy can truly handle. Healthcare cost of those in the retirement age is the same with them retired or not.  But those not retired feel less impact on increased healthcare costs and thus feel less of a need to bring the costs down. With the age of retirement increasing those younger have less and less chance to obtain work for them self, being younger there is less programs in place for them usually resulting in increased crime, in...

Tariffs and international trade

International trade brings other nations markets in and as well grows the competition market with an option that can not be bought out.  This is a net good thing for the economy. How ever you get the greedy corporations and exec's get tariff's on trade thrown up to stifle the out of nation market coming in to drive up costs to boost their income. International trade that goes on long enough permanently interlinks 2 or more nations economies resulting in if one fails they all fail.  Any tariff in this level of interlinking will cause an economic down turn to all. Tariffs too high results in business's that tapped into the markets of other nations forces those business's to raise costs to consumers, layoff staff, relocate, or just close down.

Non-profit orgs abused by profiteers

There are a number of orgs that have been springing up like weeds since 2010 after ' Citizens United ' was enacted.  Not even kidding less then 800 total since the 1960's, but starting 2010 the number jumped rapidly to over 1.5mil. Profiteers to hide their true intent and their names create non-profit orgs to do fighting on their behalf in the name of greed in direct opposition against any measure, project, or legislation that aims to improve QoL of residents, reduce long term spending by residents, or divert spending by residents from their corporations.

Automotive Efficiency

Here we have a mental block of thinking of shot term and being individual, neither is working toward the full picture or the future. Exhaust emission controlling, Most people go with what the industry has been doing and that is adding all these mechanical additions to the engine and other areas.  This actually cause's more exhaust to be produced by increasing vehicle wait and reducing the engines ability to breath, both accounts reduce effective horse power and thus needing more work to do less.  To effectively reduce emissions is increase fuel efficiency and horse power to weight ratio, less power for more work. Another area of contention is time sitting at idle and total travel time.  This can be helped by reducing the total number of vehicles on the road.  Encourage public transit use, expand public transit access, remove long distance trucking, increase number of train stopping points. Other then individual's wanting to have their own being a holding point ...

Immigration and migrate workers

They do effect economy, but not in a bad way that current administration tries to say. The jobs they do have for since the 1700's have been nearly entirely made up of none white work force.  So where in that are they taking american jobs ? All documented workers pay taxes, even those on a green card or temp vesa.  So where are they costing money ? Crime happening is mostly done by those born in the US and are citizens through birth. Undocumented individuals stay low and live off the grid.  They don't take jobs where they need to pay taxes.  They don't commit crimes in fear of being deported.  They only consume less then $100 in food a month which is mostly from food donations.

Military budget bonkers

When military spending increases by the federal executive branch exceeds beyond what military leaders them self ask for, you can note something else not being discussed is being mismanaged. These excess funds can be better spent else where like: Healthcare, infrastructure, internet expansion, renewable energy. To go along with a military budget is personal.  You have active duty personal that just like any job requires them to be full time at hours of 30-40hrs per week.  Spending is the same on these people deployed or not.  Differences between deployed and not: Deployed they are: covering assets, helping assure diplomatic relations, helping other nations in need, doing random tasks, disrupting major crime in other areas like pirates and gangs that disrupt economy and travel. Not deployed they are: mostly running laps around base, taking up part-time local jobs, disrupting local economy. ^^^  Yes it would be nice to have personal at home near family/friends...

Bankers Gambling

Banks though one of the only ways to store grow and transfer wealth is sadly a very abused system not by the account holders but the bank staff. Greed is so high they gamble and speculate on loans and is so high and care is so little they do not even look into where or who is creating a new loan. Loans are often traded like some sort of gambling token where they speculate on them to see if the trader can get a profit from the buying and selling of loans.  While these loans exchange hands they have odds of the amount owned by the holder increased.  These trades don't look at current owed amount but at the original set amount. Because of so many underhanded, shady and back room deals.  Not all paper work is filled or kept, so some loans and accounts can get created under someones name but that person did not create or file those them self. Mortgages they have programs to help when you can't afford or fall behind, but these do not become accessible until near 4 month...

Ballooning executive compensation

No matter where you start looking for why something costs so much, all paths lead back to executive compensation. Executive base pay doesn't seem that unreasonable given most are putting avg 90 hour work weeks as most of the work includes travel, dinners and meetings on top of normal paperwork and phone calls.  How ever if they move their paperwork and phone calls to an assistant then the executive's base pay should come down...but it doesn't. But when it comes to compensation, wow is it beyond astronomical with avg 5x greater then base pay and this is not a replacement of base pay but an addition to base pay.  This results into totals exceeding 2mil for most. If there is any where to first hit to equalize the economy and bring it back into self sustaining order this is where to swing.

Wealth inequality, greater then income

This is by far hits home to more people then income does.  The ability to save and to purchase assets.  Cost of living avg in the US is 25k/y and climbing fast, full time minimum wage is 19-21k/y which is barely moving upward.  Income that is around cost of living or lower can never save and are lucky to improve their future. Those receiving aid are limited on savings and assets to the point they can not stop receiving aid.  No saving in bank accounts, no improving residence to save monthly spending, no purchasing tools to expand or change state of self employment.  Really anything that can help you get off aid and improve your future stops you from receiving aid before you even reach that point you can leave aid. College sounds like it will improve your future, it can but at an enormous cost that will forever end your future in an endless mountain of debt.  A college degree is not a 100% guarantee, the chance of working in the field of your degree is l...

Income and wealth of women, not equalized

Yes there is a small difference in pay between men and women a few jobs, but not as many as people think.  The real crime comes what incentive programs and tax credits they can't claim that men can.  Even more of a problem is what is referred to as the ' Pink Tax '. Pink Tax is items targeted to women or required for women.  Clothes for women are on avg 50% higher then for men.  Drug store products are 25% higher.  Then you have the fact women are held to a higher appearance standard with everything; weight, body shape, clothes, makeup, shoes. For shoes a man can get away with just 1 pair for every occasion.  A woman how ever no matter their social or economy standing they need at least 5 pairs. For clothes a man can get away with 3-4 days of changes and often can a whole month and not change at all.  A woman how ever needs a different outfit for each day for at least 2 weeks. Women need to spend 4-5 times more then men on 10-25% less income.

Public transit, use not realized

Public transit has a lot of pit falls. Public school bus, unsafe with no seat belts and driver's needing to spend more time watching kids then driving. Lack of public transit options outside of very large cities. Subidized to reduce costs while creating profit from one type misused in place of another. Rider safety in more then one way; physical, biological, and mental. The lead goal of public transit is to reduce the impact of traffic on the roads, which sounds like it should cost less to use public transit over driving your self. Far too much public transit is used for profit with little care about riders.  Now in light of profit some forms work fine for profit as in the small number rider types like Taxi's.  Taxi's don't really reduce impact of traffic on roads and in effect paying someone to drive you with the same impact of you driving your self and thusly should cost more then to drive your self. Bus use for use outside of town gets more costly to use ...

Rooted in the past, phone and cable.

People still clinging on to the old home services are spending more to hold on a dying service then to catch up to modern times and switch to mobile and streaming. Even bundled services do not include landline anymore.  Mobile phone is long distance and portable costing only $45 avg on the low end while land line with long distance not portable costing $60 avg on the low end. For a business line this is different and excusable, but cheaper at $40 avg a line for POTS which is cheaper the mobile service. Cable costing a crazy $80 for the smallest package that may not have all the content you want and your forced to view on their time table.  While even 5 streaming services with little to no limits getting more out of each can run you $35-50.

Socialite wannabes and entitlist behavior

Socialite wannabes can rack such huge amounts of debt in bills and even convince other people to pay for things.  These are not con artist, they are not looking to con money out of people to get them self rich but instead looking to live a perceived life style that they hear about other people living which most cases those other people's family obtain their money by ill gotten means at some point.  How ever these people still pull most of the same con's that con artists do but instead conning someone else to either pay a bill, arrange someone to set up something with their name instead of the wannabes, even befriending and brainwashing people to the point they will go in debt them self to keep this person living the high life. Entitlist behavior is where someone with so much provable money is given a free run to run up bills and debt with out needing to actually pay it off.  This kind of behavior spurs on the later in behaving as they do as the two on occasion will hang...
